Backlash is this Sunday. Even though I will not be watching it, it will be good. I think the Carlito vs. Masters match will be good. Also I think RVD and Shelton Benjimen will steal the show. I was really glad to see the young guys get some attention. Masters, Stryker, Haas and others really shined last night. Triple H cracked me up with his one liner about Lita last night. He showing more of is Degenerate side everytime and its great.

ECW looks like its making a comeback. They signed Sabu, Lance Storm, Sandman and Justin Credible. I love ECW, it was always fun to watch and shall be again if Vince doesn't water the effect down.

Also Hybrid Pro Wrestling has two shows coming up Memorial Day weekend. Will post the info as soon as I have it. HPW is going to be big in West Michigan. I can feel it. There is a lot of great talent in that promotion so it should be awesome to see them rise

I also will be on DDTRADIO on Wednesday May 17th from 6pm to 9pm so tune in then to hear my thoughts on Pro Wrestling. Well I am out. Peace and See ya next week

Raw, Smackdown, HPW and more

Well Raw and Smackdown have been doing a lot better as of late. It sucks seeing that idiot Randy Orton throwing his career down the drain just because he thinks he is better then everyone else...Newsflash, if he was better then everyone else he would be World Champion...Speaking of which, I think its cool having Rey Mysterio as World Champion. I love watching him take on people bigger then him. Also I like Angles new attitude. It will go along way. What else is good on Smackdown? JBL as U.S. Champ, London/Kendrick getting a well deserved push, and Grregory Helms as Cruiserweight Champion.
On the Raw Side of things. The best thing is watching Triple H and Shawn Michaels going retro, DX style, lol. I am telling you there needs to be a DX reunion. I hope its in the works. The Chavo Guerrero angle is pissing me off. They need to do something with him and quick. Also whats up with tag teams splitting up. First Masters/Carlito and now Show/Kane. They need to rebuild the tag division and not with the stupid Spirit Squad. Also I like the fact that McMahon is being very controversy with religion because it gives me more of a reason to believe in God and no other person thinking he is god. The last thing is, welcome back Charlie Haas. Looked pretty impressive against Shelton last night. Hope he gets his shot this time around and gets a well deserved push.

Saturday I went to my first wrestling event in over a year. I eventually became a cameraman which was fun. Shout outs go out Josh Abercrombie and Michael Z for allowing me to be part of the show. Speaking of Josh, him and Jack Thriller stole the show with their match. Josh busted Jack open and it turned into a blood bath. It was the shit. WM22, Wrestling Buisness and more

WOW!!!!! is all I got to say about wrestlemania this year. That was a blast. My favorite matches were Edge/Foley, Michaels/McMahon, and Triple H's enterence. I loved watching Vince get stompped by HBK(retro DX thing was kick ass. Thats my thoughts on Mania for now....By the way congrats to Rey Mysterio for winning the World Title.
Raw was good. I love the HHH stuff with Edge and Cena. HHH is actually starting to become a favorite of mine. I am like the whole quest for the WWE title. Of course 6 months from now when he is champion I'll bitching that he is champion. Oh well. I hope RVD gets his turn and being WWE Champ.

Time to kick it in to high gear and time to be controversial. Here are the top 10 things that are wrong with independent wrestling and in no specific order

1. How selfish people are
2. People who don't recognize talent when they see it and play favorites
3. Wrestlers who kiss the promoters ass on a daily basis just to be the main event
4. When promoters/higher ups make themselves Heavyweight Champion (yehaw I am a big boy with a belt around my damn waist...whatever)
5. Wrestlers who manipulate and backstab just to try and get to the top (funny thing is, none of them ever make it)
6. Putting over Rookies instead of veterns
7. Money (enough said, they use it, abuse it or don't pay up)
8. Wrestlers who develop egos after one year of wrestling
9. Promotions that start fights with other promotions
10. Greedy promoters
